Daylight Savings Time: Spring Ahead and Lose Sleep

Everyone has a good reason to feel tired and grumpy today. It is Daylight Savings Time and we have lost an entire hour of sleep. It will probably take a week or two and lots of caffeine to completely recover from today's irritating event. Researchers say that once you are behind on sleep it is very difficult to catch up. Maybe one of these bizarre sleep suits could help.

CBS News reports that losing an hour of sleep can have very negative consequences, including increased heart attacks, traffic accidents and even lost money on Wall Street. Take a look:
