Elizabeth Banks presented the Academy's Scientific and Technical Awards and gave a summation of that event at the Oscars. Elizabeth wore a gray chiffon gown by Atelier Versace which featured a strapless fitted bodice with crystal embellishments, intricate pleating, a front slit and a luxurious chiffon ruffled train. Elizabeth accessorized the look with a 19th-century sapphire and diamond cluster ring, a blackened diamond headband and 19th-century diamond flower ear clips, all by Fred Leighton. She carried a dark grey snakeskin and silver minaudiere by Ferragamo and wore Sergio Rossi grey suede platform sandals with crystal embellishments.
