Actress Lindsay Lohan Sues E-Trade for $100 Million
Actress Lindsay Lohan is suing E*Trade for $100 million. Lindsay is perturbed by E*Trade's Super Bowl commercial that featured talking babies. The commercial featured a baby, named Lindsay, that was called a "milkaholic" by another baby. Lindsay's legal team is arguing that the milkaholic baby is modeled after her. MTV says Linday's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia is seeking $50 million in compensatory damages and $50 million of exemplary damages. They also want the E*Trade commercial stopped. Take a look:
