Actress Thandie Newton graces the cover of the March, 2011 issue of Uptown magazine. The issue focuses on African American actors and directors in Hollywood. The cover story, "Style & Substance," looks at upcoming talent including current cover subject Thandie Newton, and former Uptown cover subject Idris Elba, Anika Noni Rose, Paula Patton, Michael Ealy, Anthony Mackie, Zoe Kravitz, Rashida Jones, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Yaya DaCosta.
