Inglourious Basterds star Diane Kruger covers the April 2010 issue of Marie Claire UK. You can see the cover shoot photos here. Diane talked to Marie Claire about her childhood, career, traveling and her problem with authority.
On Her First Job as a Griever: "I went to Catholic school and they would have young girls with a candle stand in front of the coffins. It was the worst job anyone could think of. You'd stand there, with people crying and weeping, and walk in front of the coffin. Once they were buried, the priest would come up to you and hand you five Deutschmarks."
On Authority: "I have a real problem with authority. I've nearly been arrested so many times."
On Airport Security: "Airports are the worst - you go through security, you only have one item, one tube and they tell you to put it in a plastic bag. I'm like, 'But it's one f**king item! A plastic bag isn't going to make it any more secure.'"
