The Microsoft Courier is a nice looking gadget that Microsoft is billing as a "digital journal." The touch-screen product is expected to go on sale later this year. It is expected to act an ebook reader as well as device that people can use for writing. Engadget reports that Microsoft Courier has built-in handwriting recognition. The Courier appears to act like a digital sketchpad that lets you write just like you would on a notepad and drag and drop in photos and other content.
