Shaun White Covers Rolling Stone Magazine

Shaun White Rolling Stone

Snowboarder and two time Olympic halfpipe gold medalist Shaun White is shirtless on the cover of Rolling Stone. The Flying Tomato is wearing American flag pants and playing the air guitar. In the interview, Shaun White reveals that he loves the guitar and that "Whole Lotta Love" is his favorite song.
White, who began snowboarding at six and went pro at 13, has recently returned to one of his early loves - skateboarding - but he does more shredding on one of his three Les Pauls. Jimi Hendrix, Guns n' Roses and Led Zeppelin are in regular rotation; "Whole Lotta Love" is his favorite-ever song. "I think guitar is the best thing in the world," he says. "It's the only thing where no matter what I do, I can't do it all myself."
Rolling Stone also says that Shaun's Olympic teammate Louie Vito once tried to unnerve him by blasting Miley Cyrus' "Party in the U.S.A." You can see the photos from the Rolling Stone's fiery photoshoot with Shaun White here.
