Siegfried and Roy Perform Final Act With Montecore

Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn returned to the stage last night for a final performance. BBC reports that at one point during the show the illusionists appeared live on stage with Montecore, the white bengal tiger that nearly killed Roy over five years ago.
The trio carried out an illusion for a charity event in Las Vegas - their first appearance since the mauling.

The act involved Fischbacher in a cage which was then covered by drapes. When Horn removed the drapes, the tiger had replaced Fischbacher.

Their careers ended in 2003 when the tiger sank his teeth into Horn's neck. He was dragged off stage by the tiger in front of a horrified audience in October 2005.
The AP also has a story on Siegfried and Roy's final act. The final performance raised money for the Keep Memory Alive charity. Siegfried and Roy also founded the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Elizabeth Vargas, co-host of 20/20, will be in charge of a special piece on the performers and Ray Horn's recovery that will air on March 7th.
