U.S. Wins 37 Medals at 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver
The U.S. made Olympic history at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver with a record medal haul. The U.S. team won a total of 37 medals, including 9 gold medals. Canada beat the U.S. in gold medals by winning 17. The U.S. ski and snowboard team was especially strong this year. Bode Miller won three medals and Lindsey Vonn won two.
