Dolce & Gabbana to Launch Limited Edition Monica Bellucci Lipstick Line
Actress Monica Bellucci has been named as the a new face of Dolce & Gabbana make up. Dolce & Gabbana will also launch a special lipstick line with Monica called the Monica Lipstick Collection. It will arrive in stores in May.
Monica is a long time personal friend of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The designers said in a statement, "Monica is the symbol of the Italian beauty of our time, personifying passion, voluptuous sensuality and breathtaking beauty in films such as The Matrix - Reloaded, The Passion of the Christ and Don't Look Back, as well as French language films such as L'Appartement, for which she was nominated to the Cesar Awards. With her famed fulsome lips, impeccable complexion and daring, expressive eyes she exudes the irony, mystery and charm that comprises the very essence of the Dolce & Gabbana woman."
