Michael Kors said that his fall 2010 ready to wear collection was "quintessential American sportswear." What that translates to: wearable, classic separates for fall in camel, grey and black. Kors does pants in a number of different incarnations: we especially loved the slouchy, low-waisted ones. The knits and oversized anorack are must buys.
The only jarring note in the collection was the appearance of leg warmers. He sneaked them in by using a grey, tasteful knit, but they were there. Yes, leg warmers were back -- and not only at Michael Kors. They were all over the place. On the other hand, if you get cold legs, this fall is going to make you very happy. Take a look:
