Michael Kors said that his fall 2010 ready to wear collection was "quintessential American sportswear." What that translates to: wearable, classic separates for fall in camel, grey and black. Kors does pants in a number of different incarnations: we especially loved the slouchy, low-waisted ones. The knits and oversized anorack are must buys.
The only jarring note in the collection was the appearance of leg warmers. He sneaked them in by using a grey, tasteful knit, but they were there.
