Video: Rihanna, Cee Lo Green, Justin Bieber Honored at Brit Awards
Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Cee Lo Green were all winners at the BRIT Awards in London last night. Justin won the International Breakthrough Artist award, which was presented to him by Will Young and Avril Lavigne. Rihanna was presented the awards for Best International Female Solo Artist by Cheryl Cole.
