Chefs at Alinea Restaurant Make Edible Helium Balloon
Chefs at Alinea Restaurant, a three Michelin star restaurant in Chicago, have a new menu item called an Edible Balloon. The entire helium filled balloon is edible. You can bite the balloon and suck out the helium or you can pop it using a pin the waiter brings out with the balloon. Take a look:
