Video: Tiger Cub Celebrates Lunar New Year

At a South Korean zoo a baby tiger cub helps ring in the lunar new year. This is the year of the tiger and the cub's paw print will adorn calendars. Also celebrating the new year are a group of dressed up penguins. Take a look:
