Putting together a huge cast of stars worked for Warner Bros.' New Line Cinema unit. Its Valentine's Day film, directed by Garry Marshall, won the Valentine's Day weekend and made over $52 million. Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace and Anne Hathaway are a few of the film's star-studded cast. Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief opened in second place with a take of over $31 million. The Wolfman was a close third with a take of over $30 million. Avatar slipped to fourth but still made another $22 million. Last Week's number one film, Dear John, came in fifth place. You can see the full weekend box office report here.
