Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev and model Camila Alves sat front for for
Monique Lhuillier show at New York Fashion week. The show was fantastic with lots of red carpet possibilities parading down the runway. Monique said her inspiration for the collection was sci fi warriors. She began the process by
looking at photos of the film Barbarella, the 1968 film which starred Jane Fonda as a gorgeous intergalactic traveler who conquered all with her message of love. Monique said she chose the color red as a focal point in the collection because it is the Year of the Dragon. Take a look:
