Lady Gaga and Cindy Lauer chat with Hoda Kotb and Al Roker about being the new faces of Mac's Viva Glam. The company created two lipsticks the proceeds of which go to AIDS research. Cyndi says she had a soft polyp removed from her throat which threatened her voice, but she's doing great now. They both wore black and Cyndi sported a fabulous hat. Gaga discussed the thrill of excitement of performing with Elton John at the
