Oregon Scientific has entered the children's tablets category. Oregon Scientific's new Meep tablet runs on Android and has a 7-inch color touch screen. It will debut at the Toy Fair this weekend. The tablet does enable kids to browse the Internet, but the device contains parental controls that can be adjusted remotely from a computer or mobile device. Pricing and a release date for the Meep tablet have not yet been announced.
