Sean Penn Named Haiti's Ambassador at Large for His Help With Earthquake Relief
Sean Penn was in Haiti to receive an honor from the Haitian government Tuesday. Penn was named Haiti's ambassador at large as thanks for his work to help the people of Haiti recover from the devastating effects of
the 2010 earthquake. The ceremony took place at the
National Palace which was held by President Michel Martelly.
Penn founded J/P Haitian Relief Organization, which provides humanitarian care to Haitians, including medical care and relocation assistance. Take a look:
