Posted on February 1, 2012

Lisa Marie Presley helped open a new exhibit today at Elvis Presley's Graceland in Memphis. The new exhibit, "Elvis...Through His Daughter's Eyes," is part of a yearlong commemoration the 35th anniversary year.

The exhibit explores the relationship between Elvis and his only child. Lisa Marie has been personally involved in the exhibit's development and planning. The exhibit includes rare family photos and home movies that explore her childhood and relationship with her father. Some of the artifacts include Lisa Marie Presley's baby footprints, tricycle and record player.

A Reuters story has some photographs of the new exhibit with Lisa Marie standing in front of the exhibit.

Update: Lisa Marie returned to Graceland this summer with her mother, Priscilla Ann Presley. They surprised crowds with an unexpected Graceland visit in August 2012. They led a midnight Elvis Vigil to mark the 35th anniversary of the famous singer's death.
