Singer/songwriter Imogen Heap found a way to incorporate Twitter into her dress at last night's Grammy awards. The unusual dress contained a screen that displayed photos and messages tweeted by fans using the hashtag #twitdress on Twitter. The Twitter dress even had its own Twitter feed, @twitdress. Imogen said the dress was a way for fans to accompany her on the red carpet.
