Miss Virginia's Caressa Cameron Crowned Miss America
Miss Virginia Caressa Cameron has been crowned Miss America 2010. Caressa is pursuing a degree in broadcast communications in Virginia Commonwealth University. Caressa's platform is "Real Talk: AIDS in America" according to her bio on the Miss Virginia website.
