Survey Finds Online Shoppers More Satisfied This Year
Bits reports that online shoppers were more satisfied this year this later year according to a survey by ForeSee Results. 79% of those surveyed were satisfied ths year compared to 70% in 2008.
Customers were more satisfied than ever with e-commerce sites while holiday shopping, according to ForeSee Results' E-Retail Satisfaction Index, which uses methodology developed at the University of Michigan to study consumer satisfaction. Satisfaction rose 7 percent to 79 out of 100, the highest since the survey began in 2001.
Four sites received excellent ratings: Amazon.com, Netflix, Apple and Newegg.com. Circuit City and Neiman Marcus had the lowest customer satisfaction scores.
