Lady Gaga to Help Drop the Ball in Times Square on New Year's Eve
The New York Daily Newsreports that Lady Gaga will be Mayor Bloomberg's special guest on New Year's Eve in Times Square. She will press the button that starts the ball dropping at 11:59 p.m. Mayor Bloomberg said at a press conference that he has never met Lady Gaga but he thinks she is a "great entertainer." He is looking forward to meeting her.
Lady Gaga tweeted her excitement about appearing with Mayor Bloomberg. She said, "And I'm so looking forward to performing on NYE+dropping the Ball with Mayor Bloomberg! What an honor as a New Yorker! #citydoll."
