Prince Philip Recovering After Being Hospitalized for Blocked Coronary Artery
Prince Philip, the 90 year old husband of Queen Elizabeth II, is spending Christmas at the hospital. He suffered chest pains and was rushed to Papworth Hospital in Cambridge where he underwent surgery to unblock a coronary artery. A stent was placed in the artery. The royal family was at Sandringham, where they always spend Christmas. The prince is reportedly doing well, but will be in the hospital over Christmas. The palace has not said how this will affect the royal family's plans, but it's likely the close family is all in Cambridge.
