Although Kathy Griffin said CNN banned her for life after last year's New Year's Eve broadcast, Kathy is returning once again as co-host with Anderson Cooper for the New Year's Eve festivities. Kathy reveals that her contract says that CNN does not have to pay her if she drops the f bomb again. Also, she will be forcibly removed from the air if she messes up. Kathy then discussed her plans for her and Anderson to smoke a bong filled with salvia (you know, like Miley Cyrus did) on the air. It is legal, after all. Take a look:
