Female Cooper's Hawk Trapped in Library of Congress

A female Cooper's Hawk has been spotted flying around inside the Library of Congress. The hawk has been spotted inside the Main Reading Room. Librarians think she may have gotten in through a broken window at the top of the 160 foot dome. The library has called in experts to figure out how to coax the hawk outside the building.
