Barack Obama may have been up until 2:30 am with all the Inauguration Day festivities, but he was at his desk bright and early for his first day of work as the President of the United States. He's already broken President Bush strict rule that anyone who goes into the Oval Office must be wearing a suit jacket. In this photo released by the White House, Barack has a white shirt, a blue tie, but no jacket. So he's already laying out some new style rules for the West Wing.
