Twilight Tops MySpace's Most Searched List for 2008
MySpace, a popular social network, has released its top search terms for 2008 and they are a lot different than Yahoo's or Google's. Britney Spears is missing and Twilight shows up at number one. Politicians like Sarah Palin and Barack Obama are also absent from MySpace's list despite showing up on Yahoo's and Google's top search lists.

Venture Beat says the difference between MySpace top search terms and search engines like Google and Yahoo is probably because MySpace serves a much younger demographic than the large search engines.
