Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber Auctioned for $240,000

The lightsaber used by Mark Hamill in the first two Star Wars movies was sold at a Profiles in History Hollywood auction for $240,000. There were other items from blockbuster films sold at the auction as well including a C-3PO helmet worn by Anthony Daniels that sold for $120,000. Marlon Brando's Jor-El costume from Superman sold for $72,000. Jim Carrey's Riddler costume from Batman Forever sold for $32.000.

In total, $3.5 million worth of Hollywood memorabilia was sold at the auction. The Hall of Fame Network has a complete list.
