Crain's New Yorkreports that Kenneth Cole is closing eight stores, including its flagship store in Rockefeller Center. Kenneth Cole has occupied the 3,000-square-foot Rockefeller location for ten years. Crain's says the prime real estate location in New York City could fetch over $2,000 a square foot.
