After Barack and Michelle Obama had their first dance together at the Neighborhood Ball last night, Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Dr. Jill Biden had their first dance. Joe remarked that he wanted to keep talking because he really can't dance. But he gave in and gave Jill a spin on the floor to "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You."
