Motorola has launched new tablets that use the Droid name from Motorola's popular smartphones. Motorola Droid Xyboard tablets come in a 10.1-inch version and a 8.2-inch version. These are not discount tablets. The pricing is similar to the iPad. The Droid Xyboard 8.2 starts at $430 for a 16GB and the Droid Xyboard 10.1 starts at $530 for a 16GB tablet.
