Boxee is open-source software that lets you connect a Mac or PC to your TV. You can then get any videos, movies and music from your computer or the Internet to display on your television set. Wiredreports that D-Link have launched hardware for Boxee called the Boxee Box. The Boxee Box is a set-top box by D-Link that contains the Boxee software. It can be connected to your Mac or PC to deliver Internet photos, music and videos to your tv. Wired says the Boxee Box will cost around $200 when it launches on January 7th, 2010.
