Sprint and AT&T Rank Low in Consumer Reports Cell Phone Survey
CNET's Senior Editor Natali Del Conte talks about the recent Consumer Reportssurvey of 50,000 people found that many people are frustrated with dropped calls and fees. Consumer Reports says almost two-thirds of respondents had at least one major complaint. Natali Del Conte says Sprint and AT&T had the lowest scores. Sprint's scores were low because of poor customer service and AT&T was low because of poor coverage and dropped calls. Verizon and T-mobile had the highest scores. Take a look:
