American Greetings Launches Digital Slideshow Greeting Card
American Greetings and Target have partnered to introduce a digital slideshow greeting card. The slideshow card was developed through a partnership with Euri, a subsidiary of IRTronix. The digital slideshow greeting card holds up to 50 digital images, includes a composed original holiday soundtrack and allows the sender to record their own vocal message. The card also includes a special display stand. Each presentation will play for three hours before needing to be re-charged, and will continue to play for three hours after every charge thereafter. A USB cable for recharging the card is included.
The packaging includes an appropriate-sized mailing envelope. Postage for the greeting is approximately $2.30. The digital card is available in the Target card aisle. It retails for $19.99.
