Floral Designer Heather Cooper Shares Crafting Secrets For White House Bo Topiaries
Floral designer Heather Cooper is the wizard behind the amazing craft sculptures of Bo the First Dog, which are part of the White House holiday decorations this year. There are five different Bo topiaries. One is of marshmallow
and licorice. One is made of buttons. One is made of trash bags. The big one
is made of felt and is 4 1/2 feet high. The projects required 35 yards of wool felt used, 318 buttons in total, 750 pom poms used, 12 marshmallows, 1911 pieces of licorice and 6,850 feet worth of trash bags. Watch Heather create the
