Kim Kardashian Poses for NOH8 Campaign, Which is Headed to Minneapolis
The NOH8 campaign is coming to the W Minneapolis for a public photo session Sun., Feb. 6 from 1 to 4 p.m.. Organizers are hoping for 300 to 400 people, but numbers could be greater with The National Conference on LGBT Equality, "Creating Change" taking place in Minneapolis that same weekend.
The NOH8 Campaign is a photographic silent protest originally created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska and partner Jeff Parshley in 2008 as a protest of California’s Proposition 8 ban against gay marriage. Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Prop 8 and similar legislation. NOH8 painted on one cheek in protest.
