Tom Hanks sent this tweet from his Twitter acount, @tomhanks, about appearing on the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien on Friday night. Friday is expected to be Conan's last night hosting the Tonight Show. TMZsays that Will Ferrell is expected to appear on the final show up as well.
