Top Chef judge Chef Tom Colicchio, who recently closed his New York Craftsteak restaurant on 10th Avenue and opened a new restaurant in its place called Colicchio & Sons, stopped by The Today Show to demonstrate making stuffed pastas. Tom has Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira making fresh pasta with two different fillings: White Bean Agnolotti and Pumpkin Tortellini. Take a look:
