Gossip Girl actress and singer Taylor Momsen hosted the launch of Love Rocks fragrance by Victoria's Secret Beauty in New York City. Taylor says she likes the fragrance because it's not as fruity as some of the other Victoria's Secret fragrances. She also says that her Gossip Girl character changes from episode to episode.
