Modern Warfare 2 Video Game Passes $1 Billion in Sales
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 video game has already generated over $1 billion in sales. The game sold over six million copies in November. Players assume the roles of different combat troops in the first-person shooter video game.
The BBC says the franchises earnings are comparable to the earning of box office blockbusters but notes that the cost of a game is more than the cost of a movie ticket.
