Brian Williams Remains Calm as Faulty Fire Alarm Disrupts NBC Nightly News
Brian Williams is known for being cool under fire. When a new fire alarm went off repeatedly during the NBC Nightly News, he cemented his reputation as the smoothest anchor on TV. Williams was doing a story on the bankruptcy of American Airlines when the annoying alarm went off. Announcements and a siren went off and on for a full twenty minutes during the broadcast.
