The harem pants trend just refuses to die. Once relegated to ancient M.C. Hammer videos, harem pants or balloon pants are flying off store shelves. The dropped crotch has led some fashion commentators to say they look like diapers and many are horrified at the increasing number of sightings of balloon pants on otherwise sane women.
