The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is where manufacturers reveal their latest gizmos but Dealerscope is reporting that Best Buy will also be an exhibitor at CES in January, 2010 for the first time.
Best Buy's Erin Gunderson told Dealerscope that although is not primarily targeted at consumers, Best Buy employees have been "bombarded with questions" about new products immediately after CES each year, which went into the decision to appear at the event next year.
Best Buy also said that "a lot of employees" will participate in the CES presentation. Best Buy does have in-house brands like Insignia but it doesn't sound like this presentation is about Insignia.
