Target to Open 21 New Stores in 2011
 Target announced plans today to open 21 new stores in 2011. The new store openings will cover 13 states, including five stores in California, a fourth store in Hawaii and a SuperTarget in Minnesota. Here is a list of Target's store opening plans for 2011.
