FAO Schwarz has launched the Muppet Whatnot Workshop. The Workshop lets you build your own custom Whatnot. The FAO Schwarz website says Whanots are those zany-looking extras you see in every Muppet production. There's also a video here about what a Whatnot is.
It takes three to four weeks to receive your Whatnot after you create and order it online. You can also give the gift of a Muppet Whatnot Kit. The Kit includes everything a person needs to design a Whatnot muppet as well as a gift certificate that pays for one Whatnot. The price is $90 to build your own Whatnot online and $130 for the Muppet Whatnot Kit. The Whatnot Kit would make a cute Christmas gift.
