National Emergency Alert System Test Fails in Many Areas
ABC News is reporting that today's test of the National Alert System failed in many regions. Some viewers heard and/or saw the message promptly at 2 pm EST. However, others claim to have heard Lady Gaga instead. In other areas the message played but there was no audio or there was no message at all. The message also ran much longer than the 30 seconds for some viewers. It sounds like they will need more tests to perfect the emergency system. Take a look:
