The Supreme Court will soon hear a case on the constitutionality of a California law which bans the sale of violent video games to children under 18. The Daily Show John Hodgman thinks banning the games is silly. Instead, he had several other ideas of how to solve the problem. His best solution? Make the games less appealing to children by using
motion-capture technology to replace video game heroes (such as the car stealing, hooker-murdering thugs in Grand Theft Auto) with "the sophisticated musings of public radio's Ira Glass." That could work. Take a look:
