Apple iPhone 4S Problems Include Battery Issues and Siri Outage
Some iPhone 4S customers have been experiencing battery problems. The L.A. Timesreports that Apple acknowledged that a small number of customers have been complaining that the new iPhone quickly drains the battery. Apple says it will fix this problem with a software update coming in a few weeks.
A more recent problem with the iPhone 4S is a Siri outage. The iPhone's talking voice assistant has gone quiet. TechCrunch captured some tweets from iPhone 4S users saying Siri is not working for them. Siri either says nothing or says, "Sorry, I am having trouble connecting to the network." Siri searches Apple's servers for answers to its master's questions, so if Siri has trouble connecting it won't function properly. Wired also has a report on the Siri outage.
